Is Starlink suitable for your property in Stonehaven?
Starlink satellite broadband works differently from most other broadband options. Here's what you need to know:
- 1
No fibre cable needed. Satellite broadband doesn't require a fibre cable or phone line reaching your property.
- 2
Clear view of the sky. The Starlink dish needs an installation location with a clear view of the sky. Most rural properties in the Stonehaven area should be suitable, but properties in deep valleys or surrounded by tall trees may need to check.
- 3
Speeds and performance vary. Starlink can deliver good download speeds, but actual performance depends on your location, network conditions and whether you have a clear view of the sky.
- 4
Equipment and monthly charges apply. You must confirm current availability, prices and terms on Starlink's website before making any decision.
